LAS Flatbush Offers Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) by IRS-Certified Touro Accounting Students.

This program assists families earning up to $58,000 with Federal and NY State income tax preparation and electronic filing.

Your return cannot be completed without:

Photo ID
Social Security cards for self, spouse and all dependents

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING:

All tax forms (W-2, 1099, 1098, etc.)
2016 income tax return (prior year’s return)
Form 1095-A for those insured through the Marketplace
Bank account information (voided check)
All receipts for tax-deductible personal expenses
Day care information

English, French, Yiddish and Hebrew speaking tax preparers available. Certain form limitations apply.
